Description[]
"The Tennessee Walking Horse is flashy, smooth, and as Tennessean as a Moon Pie! This breed is famed for its fluid movement and fourth gait - a running walk. Originally bred in the Southern United Sates, this breed was meant for driving and farm work, but above all to be a comfortable and sure-footed riding horse. Today's Tennessee Walkers are excellent pleasure, trail, and endurance horses and can also be found at breed shows. These horses typically have strong backs, long, sloping shoulders and hips, and strong hind legs.
The feuding Winterfells [sic] and Buttergoods both claim to have first brought the breed to the shores of Jorvik, and have argued about this for many years. One thing the families agree on, however, is that the Tennessee Walkers on Jorvik are never subjected to harmful practices."
Unique Features[]
The Running Walk[]
Note: The horse must reach level 7 to perform this gait.
While most breeds in SSO only have five gaits, the Tennessee Walking Horse has six. This special gait is called the "Running Walk". In SSO no other horse breed is able to perform the Running Walk. To perform the Running Walk, the horse must be walking. The player then must hold down the 'Shift' key and then simultaneously hit either the up arrow or the 'W'. The TWH will then begin to perform a Running Walk. During the Running Walk, the horse cannot move to a faster gait or jump. To stop performing the Running Walk, simply slow your horse down like you would with any other.
