Description

“Jorvegian legend tells of two horses that control the weather-siblings at war for eons.

Enter Serenus, the incarnation of tranquility. His eternal aura is enough to ease all your worries, and he longs to protect those close to him, just like the cloud shield from the sun.

Yet beneath his calmness lies a melancholy, for Serenus' wings were damaged when he tried rescuing Bronte from a storm of her own making. Since then he has been bound to Jorvik, wishing to tell his sister he forgives her."

Unique

Color Changing

Serenus is a magical horse with the special ability to change colors. When the player presses the "h" key or the magic horse icon on the horse's character sheet, the horse will change from its neutral colors to its natural (magic) colors and vice versa. The horse will not change colors during races or while the player is unmounted.

Piaffe

Note: The horse must reach level 7 to perform this move.

As Serenus shares its model with the Gen 3 Dutch Warmblood, it can perform a special move called the Piaffe. The animation can be activated by pressing the spacebar, but only when standing still, otherwise the horse will jump instead of performing the move.

Extended trot

Note: The horse must reach level 7 to perform this move.

As Serenus shares its model with the Gen 3 Dutch Warmblood, it can perform a special gait called the extended trot. The animation can then be activated by holding down the Shift key and then simultaneously hitting either the up arrow or the 'w' key.

Colors, Pricing, and Location

Serenus is sold for 950 SC in Fort Pinta during the Rainbow Festival, and comes in one variation.

Note: This horse is released for a limited time.

• Natural Color: Light blue and purple coat with lighter cloud-like markings, four white cloud-like socks, cloud-shaped mane and tail, light blue eyes, and tiny wings on each hoof.
• Neutral Color: Palomino pinto.

Trivia

• Serenus, like most other Magic Horses, cannot have its hairstyle changed.
• Serenus has a manta ray friend called Fluffy, also available for purchase during the Rainbow Festival.
• While the Serenus is described as Male within the in-game description, players can still choose to label the horse as a mare in the customization settings.
• Serenus was released as a pair with Bronte.
