The Prisma is a fictional horse breed that is available in Star Stable Online.

To enter, players must share a photo or video of their Star Stable Rainbow horse submission on their Instagram, Facebook or Twitter profile while using the competition hashtag #SSORainbowHorse. The contest can have multiple winners, and the winning designs will be used to create horses for the Rainbow Festival in-game.[1] |

Description[]
"The rainbows of Jorvik are special. More than a trick of the weather, they are refined and guided by two special spirits of the land: Prisma and Tenebri. Living light in the form of horses, these incredibly rare creatures live to inspire all they encounter—and if they can't be everywhere, at least their rainbows can!
Of the two, Prisma is the flashiest, a creature of warmth and boundless energy. Prisma seeks excited riders and artists, hoping to foster talents with drive and compassion. This horse disguises herself as a striking Appaloosa until she is certain she has found a genuine soul. She reveals her true coat of pale, rainbow-touched ivory only to those she wishes to uplift.

Unique Features[]
Color Changing[]
The Prisma is a magical horse with the special ability to change colors. When the player presses the "h" key or the magic horse icon on the horse's character sheet, the horse will change from its neutral colors to its natural (magic) colors and vice versa. The horse will not change colors during races or while the player is unmounted.
The Appy Amble[]
Note: The horse must reach level 7 to perform this gait.
As the Prisma shares its model with the Gen 3 Appaloosas, it can perform their special gait called the Appy Amble. To do the Appy Amble, the horse must be walking. The player then must hold down the 'Shift' key and then simultaneously hit either the up arrow or the 'W'. The horse will then begin to do the Appy Amble. During the Appy Amble, the horse cannot move to a faster gait or jump. To stop Ambling, simply slow your horse down like you would with any other.
Colors, Pricing, and Location[]
Iridescent and Rainbow spots to Grullo Extended Blanket
The Prisma is sold for 900 SC and can be purchased during the Rainbow Festival in the Cloud Kingdom. It comes in one variation.
Note: This horse is released for limited periods of time and is not always in the game.
- Natural color: Iridescent body with white extended blanket and rainbow spots and rainbow mane and tail.
- Neutral color: Grullo Extended Blanket
Trivia[]
- Prisma uses the Appaloosa model.
- Prisma, like most other Magic Horses, cannot have its hairstyle changed.
- Prisma was released as a pair with Tenebri.
- The name Prisma is used in many Latin-based languages to describe a Prism which is a glass object of this shape, usually with triangular ends, which breaks up a beam of white light into the colors of the rainbow.[9] It comes from the Ancient Greek word, πρίσμα (prísma), from πρίω (príō, “to saw”). [10]
- While the Prisma is described as a mare within the in-game description, players can still choose to label the horse as a stallion or gelding in the customization settings.
