The Pandorian codex is a book that contains an ancient set of rules of Pandoria itself, the rules are said to be so powerful that even Garnok and his forces can't disobey them.

During episode four of the Starshine Legacy, Alex discovers that the book is in Mr. Sands possession and by sneaking into their compound, she manages to steal the book. Then, Alex uses it to defeat Katja in a challenge by Pandoria's code.
