An NPC is a "non-playable-character" or "Non-player character". NPC's are the various characters that make up the game Star Stable Online.

When a player walks up to an NPC, they can trigger dialogue by clicking on the exclamation mark on top of the NPCs head. However, NPCs are not able to be interacted with if an exclamation mark is not present. NPC dialogue can either be tips or tricks, a random conversation, or quest dialogue.
