Mr. Anwir is a horse thief and smuggler and is working with Carl. His goal is to turn horses and ponies into indestructible "machines" eligible to follow orders. One of his first experiments was tested on Nightdust as he gave him a vaccine of an unknown substance. He was also responsible for stealing the Baroness' horse Butterfly.
Personality[]
Mr. Anwir is sneaky and clever as he stole horses from South Hoof and the Baroness' horse Butterfly by using a similar horse who Marley names Valiant. He doesn't respect the horses as equals as he sees them as beasts made to do the bidding of those who own them.
Star Stable Online[]
He first appears in Silverglade helping Marley transport the Baroness' horse Butterfly but instead switches her with a horse made to look like her named Valiant. Afterwards, with Valiant's help the player discovers that Mr. Anwir and Carl hid the real Butterfly at their camp. Then, he tries to make his getaway by car but the player and Valiant stop him despite that the man makes his escape.
Mr. Anwir appeared in South Hoof Peninsula where he attempted to capture the wild ponies in the area.Madison and the player teamed up in order to expose him and rescue Nightdust. The plan didn't go as expected as Mr. Anwir threw Madison of off his barge and managed to escape. Madison was rescued thanks to Hermit. Madison eventually stole Carl's suitcase, in order to return the suitcase back, Erik, Madison and the player paid a visit to Pier 13 , where Mr. Anwir and Carl worked at. Nightdust was there, trapped in a cage.
During the trio's attempt to rescue Nightdust and the horses Mr. Anwir revealed his master plot to turn the horses into destructible machines. But having enough of the trio's meddling he decides to use the serum on them but injects Nightdust instead. He continues to inject Nightdust with more serum and when the trio returns.
Mr. Anwir commanded Nightdust to attack them but when the horse refuses to do so. His anger increases to the point where he used the serum on himself turning into a monster and attack Jorvik City. But thanks to the player, Madison and Nightdust, they were able to lure Anwir to Pier 13 and trap in him in a cage.
But after Darko witnessed Mr. Anwir's appearance he still believed the man could be of some use to their cause. Upon making it to Anne's prison in Pandoria, Darko sends the player and Alex to confront Mr. Anwir again but after defeating him he is sent to parts unknown.
Etymology[]
Anwir is a Welsh name meaning liar.
