Mistfall is an area in Star Stable Online. It is located on the southeastern side of Jorvik and is characterized by its lush evergreen forests.

To be able to access Mistfall, the player must be a Star Rider and level 12. Additionally, the player must have completed the quest where Mrs. Packard in Firgrove Village gives the player her rental invoice.

Pre-release[]

Mistfall, then called Firfall, was mentioned several times before its release; 2017-05-24 as the origin of the squirrel pets, and 2017-07-19 as the origin of the Jorvik Wild Horses and the home of Gary Goldtooth. On 2017-10-23, the area was confirmed to be released in December the same year. The name was also changed from Firfall to Mistfall. Two teasers were published on 2017-12-07 and 2017-12-11. The area was finally released in the Wednesday update 2017-12-13.

Appearance[]

Mistfall is a forest with extremely lush and saturated colors. Most of the trees found in the area are evergreen and many of the plants are blooming with fruits and berries. In select areas, sunbeams can be seen coming down from the sky, illuminating the dark forest floor and casting a yellow glow. Mistfall is also the first area to feature butterflies and bird's traveling around the skies.

Mistafall's theme appears to be Norse in nature. While most of the area is forest, continuing the national park aesthetic, the single settlement of Dundull, is characterized by Viking styled architecture. The houses are generally all wood with unique carvings and shields decorating the outer walls.

Trivia[]

    • So far there has been no reason given for why the area's name was changed.
  • Mistfall's spring water is greatly valued by the residents of Mistfall, and is worth a lot.
