Manny runs the store in Rockville Village. He is the boyfriend of Jenny.

Manny asks the player for help with picking spring flowers, as he cannot leave the store himself. He also asks the player to put up a note from him on the Rockville Stables' notice board, where he seeks "someone to share spring with". This leads to him meeting Jenny.
