Holly Hightower is the step-mother of Madison Hightower and married to Erik Hightower. She loves surfing and teaches surf classes at South Hoof Peninsula.

Holly was born and raised in Los Angeles, where she met Erik and Madison Hightower. She and Madison immediately began to bond while it took time for her to warm up to Erik. After a while they fell in love, started dating and got married. This is when Holly suggested that they move to South Hoof Peninsula, where Erik was from.

Before moving to Jorvik, Holly was a physical therapist and surf instructor in sunny Southern California. It was there that she met Erik and Madison. She clicked with Madison right away with their shared bond for comic books. It took a lot longer for Holly to warm up to Erik, but eventually they started dating and took the ultimate plunge of marriage.
It was Holly who suggested that the family try moving back to Erik's childhood home of South Hoof. Sure, life is a lot quieter than in LA, but it's a great chance to see more of the world and, of course, it's nice for her and Madison to get to know their Jorvegian family.
Holly has a great sense of humor and always manages to see the bright side of a situation. I admire how she's able to run with whatever silly stories Madison dreams up. What a great mom!
