“ | Firgrove is surrounded by meadows in the east and mountains to the west. | ” |
Firgrove is a large region in the east of Silverglade. It is known for its many cross-country tracks and fir tree forests. There are a few interesting places in Firgrove, such as the Bear Cave, the Mountaineer's Hut, and the Mountain Dumping Site, almost all being secret locations. Some other landmarks include The Silverglade Sandpit, The Silverglade Mine, and the Firgrove Mountain Pass that leads to Valedale Lake.
Some quests in this area involve the tourists Helga, Gretchen, and Gunther. They occur at the red cottage in the Firgrove mountain area. The area also gives its name to Firgrove Village, which is located on the southern side of the Firgrove Mountain Pass. In the area also is a hidden quest.
In the mountains, there is a trail area where The Red String Trail Ride is held. It is to the east of Firgrove Village, and it leads to the highest reachable point in the current map (and there is an achievement awarded for reaching this altitude). Some story quests take place here as well.
This area is where Starshine Ranch is located, along with the entrance to Mistfall. There is also a small ranger station in the area, however it does not have associated quests or interactive NPCs.
Trivia[]
- In February 2020, the area was updated to newer graphics and a slightly different layout. Later that year, Starshine Ranch was added as well.
