Dark Core's Oil Rig is Dark Core's ocean headquarters.
The rig is a large structure jutting out from the ocean's surface. It is constantly under surveillance by goons and is shrouded by dark clouds and lightning. Many story quests involving Dark Core, Mr. Sands and Saving Justin are set here.
Currently, it can only be reached from Goldenhills Valley through the Helmsman.
