Felicity is the stable warden at the Firgrove Stable. She lives in Firgrove Village with her son Andy and her mother Mrs. Packard.

- A picture of Felicity's son Andy can be found in Igor's house, hinting that Igor is Andy's grandfather and Felicity's father.
- Felicity has a horse called Summerbreeze, a Silver Bay Morgan mare, as found out in a quest in which you help Felicity find a cure for whatever ails her. The player visits Elizabeth Sunbeam and the vet in Silverglade Village as part of this questline.
