CHILL is a small organization in Epona, and is believed to be Epona's last hope in its fight against G.E.D, based on the conversation the player had with Mrs. X. CHILL's goal is to prevent Epona's destruction caused by G.E.D. CHILL's headquarters are located in an abandoned observatory by the name Observatory 12.
