A lost key at the Mall is a hidden questline in Star Stable Online in which the player discovers and returns a key to its owner at the Jorvik City Mall.

To have activate this quest, the player must:
- Have access to the Jorvik City Mall
- Have finished the quests with the Janitor where you clean up the Mall.

Goal: Find the key's owner somewhere in the mall.
- From inside the Mall, head into the clothing store (the shop with the blue and white striped awning.). A yellow quest marker will be floating in the back lefthand corner. (X: 3, Y: 7).
- Interact with the quest marker to initiate the quest and carry her back to Nic's camp.

- Leave the Clothing store and head directly east into the horse equipment store (the shop in the orange and white striped awning).
- Once inside the store, speak with Alyx to complete the quest.
